I’m Beatrix — an Operations Partner with 20+ years of professional experience across business operations, project management, production, administration and executive support.I’m the person you call when there’s a lot going on and you need someone you can genuinely rely on.My career has taken me from film and television production to business operations, HR, compliance and senior support. I’ve worked with creative teams, small and growing businesses, founders and busy professionals, often stepping into situations where things are moving quickly, systems need sorting, or there simply aren’t enough hours in the day.I’m naturally a problem-solver. Give me a complicated process, a long to-do list, five competing priorities and a deadline, and I’ll work out what matters, what can be simplified and what needs to happen next.
